    The Brief

    Research and analysis of consumer perceptions and market demand for apple and fruit based products. Categorical research included product flavours, ingredients/nutritional content, packaging formats and more, while consumer interviews provided insights on current perceptions of Rockit Apple products.

    What we did

    • Research into eight fruit based products, including packaging, formats, competitors, pricing, consumer perceptions and more.
    • Interviews with 140 urban consumers probing Rockit Apples’ product aesthetics, packaging, taste and more
    • Research into trends & consumer perceptions regarding popular flavours, ingredients, packaging formats and product claims
    • Suggested sales and marketing strategy including positioning and online & offline strategies
